My review for Agency VA is primarily based on the performance of my VA, Tania. I could not ask for a more conscience worker. She's reliable, friendly with our clients and takes on new responsibilities with gusto. She's 10 stars. As far as the organization itself, they check in with me regularly and I appreciate that. They keep her equipment working properly. And they have no access to my client info. I know other agents who have told me that their organizations are keeping track of their client info. I certainly wouldn't stand for that and am glad it has never been requested.

I'll admit, I was really hesitant to hire a remote VA to be part of our CSR team, but we kept striking out with local hires, so we decided to give Agency VA a try.
